Lynwood City Hall
George Barris would often use Lynwood City Hall as a location for his photo shoots. The reason why he picked this location was because the building did not have a lot of poles sticking out, and it had good background which brought the accentuation of the car out. So the car would became the main topic and the background made it look as a good portion of what they were doing.
