Don Tognotti's 1913 Ford Model T Roadster, "King T", of Sacramento, California. Restyled by Don and Gene Winfield of Winfield's Custom Shop, the build was started in 1962 and completed in 1964, winning the 1964 America's Most Beautiful Roadster award.
Don and Milly Lokey's 1927 Ford Model T Roadster Pick Up - T Plus II. Four of Clean Gene's Fresno buddies had won the prestigious America's Most Beautiful Roadster award when Don Lokey decided to go for the big one with his 1927 Ford Model T Roadster Pick Up. The car was already a show car, so he decided to hand it over to George Barris and let Barris Kustoms take over the final restyling. A wise investment as Don took home the AMBR with the car in 1966. America's Most Beautiful Roadster is a prestigious award handed out at the National Roadster Show. The first award was given out to Bill NieKamp's 1929 Ford Model A Roadster in 1950, at the first ever National Roadster Show.
