Tommy Cougar (Karlsson) has been in the Stockholm Bike, Rod & Custom scene since the 1970s.

He started 1977 from scratch building this T-bucket. As one of the founders of Ekens Gassers he had a box in the garage at Henriksdalsberget in Nacka.
The car was finished in early 1980s and displayed at the 1982 edition of Hot Rod Show in Södertälje.
It was built traditionally using a 50x100x3 frame, a SBC with 6 Stromberg carbs, Jaguar rear end and a I-beam front axle in four-link. Painted yellow.

Next year it attended Hot Rod Show 1983 Danvikstull, now with a brown paint and a gold interior that was left from Tommy Andersson's T-23.

Tommy traded the car with Lennart Remstam who had a VW trike at the same exhibition. So the T-23 got a new home in Östberga area.

Lennart did some modifications like adding fenders in attempt to get the car approved by SBP. The car was painted beige in Mats Wallanders garage in 1988.

Around 1990, the car was sold to Rolf Färdigh, bass players in the band "T-Cats". It got a new blue paint job and an overall touch up.

Today, the car is owned by Lennart Lönnqvist from Uppsala.
