Lasse Løvseth's 1958 Edsel
1958 Edsel Pacer convertible owned and restyled by Lasse Løvseth of Norway. Lasse's mildly restyled Edsel featured a custom upholstery and a fadeaway paint job. In 1974 the car was shown at the Motormesseshow in Trondheim. Photos from the show was published in Amcar No. 3 - 1979, and according to the caption, Lasse's Edsel and Tore Madsen's 1956 Ford Thunderbird were by 1977 the two cars in Norway that had attened most US-car shows. When the magazine hit the stands, the car was awaiting a restoration back to original configuration.[1]
Hommelvik
Lasse still owned the car in 2017. At the time it had been in storage for at least 30 years, and it was located in Hommelvik.[2]
