1951 Ford Victoria owned by Jim Wilkins. Jim found the car sectioned and half-finished, rusting in a backyard in 1981. A thousand hours of work later the car was turned into an early 1960s cruiser, featuring swivel bucket seats, Lancer hubcaps, scoops, fins, sunken antennas and a Chevrolet V8 with three 2s.[1]
