Wolf Hounds of East Los Angeles
The Wolf Hounds is an East Los Angeles, California car club. The club was an integrated club, including both whites and Latinos, and when George Gonzales won the presidency in 1954 it made front page news. The meeting was held at the Belvedere Playground.
In 2015 Esteban E. Villegas re-established the club in its hometown of East Los Angeles. Esteban decided to bring the local club back from the dead after he acquired an original jacket and plaque from Joel C. Villanova's son. Joel was one of the original members, and Esteban purchased these items after Joel had passed away.
