Ivan & Victor Peroff's Chop Suey is a custom car from Kaneohe, Hawaii, symbolic of the innovative spirit and craftsmanship of the Peroff father-son duo. Renowned for their inventive automotive creations, the Peroffs embarked on the ambitious "Chop Suey" project, which spanned three years and incorporated parts from 16 different cars. Victor Peroff of Honolulu, Hawaii. Victor ran the Territorial Chrome Plating Shop with his family. He came to the US from Russia, and everything he learned was self-taught. Victor used to be a police officer with the Honolulu Police Department before opening up the chrome shop. According to the family, he was a police officer from 1939 to 1947, and he was called in for duty when Pearl Harbor was bombed.
