T-Timers of El Monte
The T-Timers was a car club from El Monte, California. Walter Leeman was a member of the T-Timers of El Monte, and served as President and Vice-President at different times. The T-Timers had chapter clubs all over Southern California that were sponsored by the Elks Lodges. In 2015 Walter told Kustomrama that the club folded up around 1960; "As I remember the founders of the club got into some kind of conflict, and it just went away. We lost the use of the Elks lodge property because of it."
