A 1934 Hispano Suiza J12 T68 Berline by Vanvooren. This four-door pillarless saloon did not feature outdoor handles on the rear doors, and they could only be opened from the inside. Similar designs by Vanvooren can be traced back to 1932. Vanvooren licensed the four-door pillarless design without door handles to other coachbuilders.[1] Photo courtesy of WallpaperUp.Com.
