Robert Tindale
Robert "Bob" Tindale. In 1960, 14 years old, Bob bought his first car, a 1947 Mercury. "I bought it in a junkyard as roller," Bob told Sondre Kvipt of Kustomrama in 2019. "It had been a mild kustom. I worked on it and at age 16 had it on the road." Bob lived in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada when he bought the Mercury. "I belonged to the Rev Masters and Imperials in Sarnia. In 1962 I moved to Chatham, Ontario. I was 17 and in 1964 I was a member of the Satin Shifters."[1]
