Riley Collins' 1947 Chevrolet
1947 Chevrolet Fleetline owned and restyled by Riley Collins of Riley's Custom Shop in Chico, California. Riley's Chevrolet was nosed, decked and shaved for door handles. The front was modified to accept a 1948 Cadillac grille, and the headlights were frenched. The car rolled on wide whitewall tires with 1948 - 1952 Cadillac Sombreros, and was fit with fenderskirts and dual spotlights. It was painted in a dark maroon.[1]
