Richard Haverty's 1953 Studebaker
1953 Studebaker Hardtop Convertible owned by San Francisco Odd Rods member Richard Haverty of San Francisco, California. The body was dechromed and frenched. The front end was restyled by louvering the hood and installing a hand made grille. It was fit with a overhead valve V8 displacing 232 cubic inches with stock carburetion and Mallory dual point and coil ignition. It was also equipped with heads, cam, headers and Glass pac mufflers with cut-outs coming from under the doors.
