Ken Austin's 1927 Ford
1927 Ford Model T Coupe owned by Ken Austin of Oregon. Ken ran a Ford 6 with homemade pistons and 14: 1 compression in his coupe.[1] Ken sold the car to Gordon Sully of Dayton, Gordon transformed it into what was called the "Tidy Tee". He also installed a flathead, painted it a metallic green with white pin stripes, and campained the car around the early Oregon 1/4 mile tracks as Madras, Scappoose, and elsewhere. He also garnered attetion in the first few Portland Roadster Show's, winning the competition class 2 years straight.
