Harold Whitehead's 1949 Ford

Harold's Ford as it appeared in Motor Life May 1957.

1949 Ford convertible restyled by Gene Winfield at Winfield's Custom Shop for Harold Whitehead. Harold's Ford featured 1955 Chrysler taillights that were set vertically into the rear fenders. The rear bumper was transplanted from a 1954 Ford. Up front, the Ford featured a Kaiser grille, 1955 Plymouth fenders and a 1954 Mercury engine.[1]
