Gene Garret's 1940 Ford

1940 Ford owned by Thunderbolts Capitol Auto Club member Gene Garret of Sacramento, California. Gene's Ford was fit with a padded top by Carson Top Shop. Custom modification in addition to the top included a recessed rear license plate and a DeSoto bumper.[1]
