Maximilian King's 1940 Mercury convertible of Morristown, New Jersey was first restyled by Meekers Body Shop in 1946. The engine in this version was built by Del Roy Speed Shop.

Del Roy's Speed Parts was a speed shop in East Paterson, New Jersey. According to an old sticker, the shop was located at State Highway 6.
