Jerry Anolik's 1955 Ford Thunderbird. Known as The Moon Rocket, the radically restyled Thunderbird was originally built by Jerry back in the late 1950s. Norm Grabowski's 1922 Ford Model T Roadster, the original Kookie T. Current caretaker and owner Ross Myers bought the iconic hot rod in May of 2018. Martin and Marion Bennett's Uncertain-T Recreation. Built in Cambridge, New Zealand, Bennett was inspired to re-create the vehicle after he put together a model car kit of the original Scott show car. Thanks to Tim McMann and Manns Restorations, Jim Seaton's 1955 Chevrolet custom look better than ever! Barris Kustoms originally restyled the car between 1957 and 1958. McMann became the caretaker of the old custom in 2017. He had Manns Restoration stretch it up and restore it, and this weekend he made the haul down from Portland, Oregon, to unveil it at the Grand National Roadster Show. The special themed building at the 2020 Grand National Roadster Show hosted a “Drag Racing Then and Now” exhibit presented by Lucas Oil and sponsored by Cragar Wheel. The exhibit showcased drag cars from the early days until the present, Dragsters, Funny Cars, A/FX, Pro Stocks, Fuel Altereds, Pro-Mods, Super Gas, Wheel Standers and JR Dragsters were on display. The 2020 America's Most Beautiful Roadster Award
Monty Belsham's 1932 Ford Roadster won the prestigious America's Most Beautiful Roadster award at the 2020 show. The car was built by Squeeg Kustoms.
Changes announced for the Al Slonaker Memorial Award
In 2019 the Grand National Roadster Show has announced a change in rules for the Al Slonaker Memorial Award in 2020. All vehicles, with the exception of roadsters, were now eligible to win the award. The winner would also receive a $12,500 cash prize and a custom CNC-machined trophy. Once entered in the running for the Al Slonaker Memorial Award vehicles would no longer be eligible for judging in other categories.[1]

Dave Kindig honored as Builder of the Year
Dave Kindig will be honored as "Builder of the Year" at the 2020 Grand National Roadster Show. According to the committee, he will be "honored for his decades of contributions to the industry, his revolutionary designs and his craftsmanship."[2]
Troy Ladd elected into The Grand National Roadster Show Hall of Fame
Troy Ladd is elected as one of the new inductees to the The Grand National Roadster Show Hall of Fame. He will be inducted during the Hall of Fame Dinner held at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel in Pomona on Friday, January 24, 2020.[3]
