Bob McCoy's 1940 Ford
1940 Ford Sedan owned by Bob McCoy. Bob's sedan gained national recognition as it was featured on the cover of Car Craft October 1956 and Trend Book 160 - Hot Rod 1958 Annual.[1] The flmaes on Bob's sedan were painted by Ray Cook. Ray did also build the nerf bars in front.[2]
In 1957, Bob's flamed sedan was featured in Custom Cars September 1957, in an article focusing on the hot trend of custom made nerf bars.
